Meeting Planners - Conference Services A successful event begins with detailed plans and arrangements. As a meeting planner, you have many responsibilities and your decisions are of paramount importance. The Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau staff prides itself on the ability to work professionally and efficiently with you to achieve our mutual goal - a successful meeting. We not only have the resources, we also have the know-how to help groups of all sizes make their events successful and stress-free. We will check availability at area hotels/motels and alternative meeting facilities, organize proposals and arrange a site visit to familiarize you with the many accommodations, attractions and activities our has to offer. Promotional & Informational Materials The Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau has many items to help familiarize both you and your attendees with our county. Promotional materials include brochures of area attractions and visitors guides. Meeting Space A variety of other meeting space is available within the county.
